Brian grew up along the 6-mile coulee just outside of Lethbridge but now that area is where the Walmart parking lot resides. Brian attended Lethbridge College, University of Lethbridge and University of Calgary. Growing up, Brian always enjoyed constructive argument and debate which motivated him to pursue a career in law. The variety of clients and businesses that Brian has been able to work with at North & Company is one of his favourite parts of his career. Brian has been a partner with the firm for over 20 years and is proud of the team that North & Company Law Offices has created. With his years of experience, Brian has given many lectures and seminars related to Estate Law.

Brian is a man of many hobbies - he loves biking, swimming, and hiking in the summer and enjoys skiing through the winter. Brian also still runs a farm and ranch outside of Picture Butte. Community has always been very important to Brian and he has been involved with many initiatives in a variety of communities including Rotary where he is still an active member.

Brian works from the Chancery Court office in downtown Lethbridge and attends branch offices in Picture Butte (Wednesday 9:00 am to Noon) and Pincher Creek (Friday).
