Hunter was born in Red Deer and grew up in Lethbridge. After a brief stint as a roofer, Hunter studied at the University of Lethbridge and earned a degree in Philosophy. Before moving to Kamloops, BC, to complete his Juris Doctor degree, he was a support worker and a scheduler.

A summer student with North & Company in 2020 and 2021, Hunter is excited to start articling with the firm and eager to learn from the experienced team of lawyers and staff.
