Tiffany is an experienced estate litigator. She provides a unique and knowledgeable approach to estate issues, working with executors, beneficiaries, and other family members to resolve disputes. Tiffany assists her clients with contested probate applications, challenges to wills, relief claims, and accounting and compensation issues. Tiffany also provides estate planning advice to minimize the risk of estate issues arising in the future.
In addition to her estate litigation practice, Tiffany represents clients in both contested and uncontested Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship applications. She also provides assistance to individuals and corporations with respect to shareholder disputes, oppression claims, mandatory buy/sell arrangements, and accounting and financial issues.
Tiffany has guided numerous clients through the negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial processes throughout her career. Her litigation experience includes representing clients before the Court of Appeal of Alberta, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, and the Provincial Court of Alberta. Tiffany has also assisted with matters brought before the Supreme Court of Canada.
Prior to moving home to Lethbridge, Tiffany practiced law for 15 years with leading firms in Calgary. Now, she is excited to have the opportunity to bring her expertise in estate litigation to Southern Alberta. She is also excited to give back to Southern Alberta, volunteering as a soccer coach and assisting with basketball training camps in her local community.
When not busy working or volunteering, Tiffany enjoys waterskiing, gardening, and organizing.
Tiffany works from the Chancery Court office in downtown Lethbridge.
