Craig attended the University of Alberta where he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in 1997 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2001. Today, Craig helps clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law, secured lending, shareholder disputes, debt recovery and restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency, security enforcement and tax disputes. Previously, Craig was counsel to the Canada Revenue Agency with a focus on tax collection, Crown priorities, directors' liability, non-arm's length assessments and tax evasion.
Craig shares his experience and knowledge by presenting on numerous topics in his practice areas to clients, accountants, trustees in bankruptcy, other lawyers, and the public. He has also chaired a Legal Education Society of Alberta seminar on bankruptcy and insolvency and updated LESA's precedent forms of foreclosures.
When Craig is not attending ringette practices and games or sitting on the board of directors for the Lethbridge Ringette Association, he enjoys spending time with his family: camping, biking, travelling.
