Iradele operates a general practice specializing in family law, litigation, and estate planning. She emphasizes collaborative and interest-based approaches while strategically utilizing court services when necessary. Iradele has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King’s Bench, assisting with family, civil, and estate matters, as well as making submissions to the Alberta Court of Appeal. She accepts Legal Aid Alberta certificates and provides services in both French and English from her office in Blairmore.

Iradele was born and raised in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Prior to starting her career in law, she worked in public health, contributing to programs for federal public health agencies, national 2SLGBTQI+ advocacy organizations, and research institutes at two globally recognized universities. She spent over a decade living in Montreal and Toronto before returning to Alberta in 2020.

Iradele articled and practiced at a small full-service firm in Medicine Hat for four years before joining North & Company in February 2025. While there, she moonlit as a sessional law instructor at Medicine Hat College School of Business and served on the board of a local mountain bike club. Iradele recognizes the creative potential in small towns and is passionate about supporting small businesses and underrepresented communities.

Iradele will always swoon over a well-loved (and well-maintained) multi-use trail network and is grateful her job allows her to experience so much Type 2 fun in the mountains. In her free time, you can find her riding bikes, fixing bikes, shopping for bikes, hanging out in bike shops, or planning bike routes.
